We went to St Mary's church to have a mock christening. Rev Taylor performed the mock christening. Rev Taylor used a shell to tip the holy water over the baby's head, the shell represents God. The godparents said a pray about protecting and supporting the baby. After the service we looked around the church. We saw the displays about weddings, christenings and the different colour robes the reverend wore.   Christening
